Located in the heart of Saugatuck, Dragonfly is the settled stay’s first property — a welcoming two-bedroom retreat created for comfort, connection and a sense of ease.

Newly renovated and just steps from downtown’s restaurants, galleries, shops, live music and waterfront, it blends modern amenities with personal touches that make every stay seamless and memorable.

Spacious living areas, two king bedrooms and a large three-season screened porch set the stage for both gathering and unwinding — the perfect backdrop for your time along the lakeshore.

Hi, I’m Katie — a planner at heart who finds joy in thoughtful design and great hospitality. My background in events, communications and creative work taught me how much details matter.

Hosting at Dragonfly lets me bring those same skills into a space that reflects what I love about Saugatuck — creativity, connection and a slower pace that invites you to unwind.

Policies

Our goal is always to make your stay effortless — and that begins with clear expectations. The following policies outline what to expect before, during and after your visit to Dragonfly, helping ensure every stay runs smoothly so you can simply relax and enjoy your time away.

Every stay at Dragonfly is unique. To help make your visit as seamless as possible, here are a few key details to know before you arrive:
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM; Check-out by 10:00 AM
- Minimum stay: 3 nights during peak summer season; 2 nights during off-season
- Guests: Maximum occupancy of 4 guests
- Children: Up to 2 children are welcome
- Pets: Small, non-shedding dogs may be approved with advance notice. A $95 pet fee applies.
- Smoking: Not permitted inside the home or on the screened-in porch
- Events: Small gatherings may be considered with advance notice and approval. Arrangements can be made through info@thesettledstay.comfor hosting or coordination support.
To keep your reservation process simple and secure, the following terms apply to all direct bookings:
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Payment methods: All major credit cards are accepted through our secure online booking system.
- Security hold: A temporary authorization may be placed on your card prior to arrival to cover incidentals or damages.
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while ensuring the home is ready for every guest.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or for no-shows.
- Guests who depart early are responsible for the full reservation amount.
